GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Additional shipping information:

The shipping will take place as an insured package with DHL.

Shipping to Germany can take up to 3-5 working days. Shipping to other EU countries can take up to 6-10 working days. Shipping to non-EU countries can take up to 9-15 working days.

Orders equal to or above 150 EUR qualify for free shipping.

Returns / failed delivery:

If DHL sends the goods back to the seller, as a delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs of unsuccessful shipping and the return as well as a possible re-delivery. This shall not apply, if it can be proven by the customer, that he was not responsible for the circumstances leading to the impossibility of accepting the delivery or if he was temporarily not able to accept the delivery, unless the seller had informed him of the delivery a reasonable time in advance.
For unclear returns, the seller will contact the customer by phone or e-mail to discuss how to proceed with it.

Return costs in case of complaint:

The shipping costs of the return of a justified complaint within the scope of the statutory warranty bears, unless otherwise agreed, the seller. Please do not send the goods back to us. Upon request, we will gladly provide you with a paid return slip as download.

Return costs upon excercise of the right of withdrawal:

1. If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he has to bear the regular costs of the return.
2. Please return the goods to us as a prepaid package and keep the delivery receipt. Please note that only the return of the goods is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

For non-free returns, the seller invoices the customer for the incurred return costs and deducts them from the value to be refunded = purchase price + shipping and handling fee.
